Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To lessen influence of a wave force and reduce rolling due to wave, by forming a closed space at a lower portion of a hull as defined by a wall member depending from a broadside of the hull, a deck and a water surface, and supplying and discharging a gas into/from the closed space. CONSTITUTION:A wall member 13 formed of an impermeable material is suspended from a broadside of a hull. A closed space 20 is defined at a lower portion of the hull by the wall member 13, a tank 11 for securing a stability, a deck 12 and a water surface 1. A gas is supplied to or discharged from the closed space 20 so as to maintain attitude of the hull against a draft change and a load change. Thus, it is possible to absorb influence of a wave force by an air cushion and thereby reduce rolling due to wave.
