Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To fix a cooling fin and a terminal holder firmly, and to lengthen the breakdown lifetime of a device to external force by forming recessed and projected indentations to each contact surface in the cooling fin and the terminal holder and combining and fastening the contact surfaces. CONSTITUTION:When a cooling fin 1 is machined to a predetermined shape, the upper surface of the cooling fin to which a terminal holder 6 is arranged is machined to the predetermined shape. On the other hand, a projecting ma chined section set into a recessed section worked onto the cooling fin 1 is formed to a surface brought into contact with the cooling fin 1 of the holder 6. Accordingly, the terminal holder 6 molded is set onto the cooling fin 1, both the holder and the fin are fixed mechanically by rivets 9, and the nose sections of lead electrodes 3 and terminal plates 7 are fastened by solder 8 in order to mechanically fix and electrically connected the lead electrodes.
