CONSTITUTION:Optical parts 11-14 are fitted in the U-shaped groove 19 and pressed by the united leaf spring 40 from above, and the united leaf spring 40 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 19. Leaf spring parts 40-1-40-3 of the united leaf spring 40 grip the optical parts while center lines of a couple of leaf springs are aligned with the center axes of the optical parts respectively; and a leaf spring part 40-4 grips the optical parts while its center line is aligned with the center axis of the optical parts. Claw parts 40-5-40-8 press the united leaf spring 40 which grip the optical parts against the horizontal reference fitting surface 19-1 and fitting-side reference surfaces 19-2 and 19-3 of the U-shaped groove 19 and fix them so that the optical axes of the optical parts are aligned with an optical axis k-k.
