Ferrous sulfate, ferrous chloride, ferrous nitrate, etc., may be cited as the ferrous salt. The ferrous salt is normally prepared as an aqueous solution in about 0.01-1mol/l concentration. A basic material for packaging is blended with the above-mentioned blending agent by a method for impregnating, coating, spraying, etc., and dried to afford the aimed packaging material.
