And a compensator 21 is formed of a spring 23 and a lever 22 fixed on the rotating and moving shaft 18 of the gearing 14, and an elastic force for offsetting a clutch reaction is acted on a hydraulic piston 4. The hydraulic piston 4 is moved from the top dead point A to the direction toward the bottom dead point B and the oil pressure of an oil pressure chamber 6 is lowered when a motor 13 is driven thereat, and when the piston 4 moves further oil is supplied in the oil pressure chamber 6 from an oil tank 8 and the hydraulic piston 4 is moved down the bottom dead point B to be connected to a clutch. Accordingly, a clutch plate is easily protected from being worn and a device is easily attached.
