When loads are applied in the directions indicated with the arrows (a) and (b), a force is especially given in such a direction as to separate the direct mounting part 2b from the tube 1. However, as the direct mounting part 2b is given a strength larger than that of ply separation especially by the action of the bands 4, the critical tensile strengths in the directions (a) and (b) are turned to be increased by the amounts given by the action of the bands.
