Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanger having no errosion, vibration or the like of a spacer by a method wherein a tie-rod is divided into several pieces corresponding to spaces between baffle plates and both ends thereof are provided with screws to constitute the bundle of tubes without employing a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A baffle plate 3 is pinched between tie-rods 13, 14, divided into several pieces and provided with male and female screws at both ends thereof, to assemble them sequentially. The tie-rod section of a final baffle plate is tied wholely by employing a nut 6. Fluid A to be cooled enters into a cylinder 1 through an inlet tube stand 8 of the cylinder, passes the outer surfaces of heat transfer tubes 2 while being guided by the baffle plates 3 and is discharged to the outside of the device from the outlet tube stand 9 of the cylinder. On the other hand, cooling fluid B flows into a water chamber 10 from the inlet tube stand 11 of the water chamber and is distributed into the holes of the heat transfer tubes, which are provided on a tube plate 7, thereafter, returns again into the water chamber 10 through the heat transfer tubes 2 and is discharged out of the water chamber through the outlet tube stand 12 of the water chamber. Spacers, constituting the bundle of tubes, become unnecessary whereby the advancement of corrosion due to the stagnation of sluge in gaps between the spacers and the tie rods as well as the vibration of the spacers due to the flow of fluid at the side of the cylinder may be eliminated. |
