Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To efficiently connect a lead to a terminal without removing sheath by sucking the sheath of the lead wire gasified and molted through the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A brazing filler metal is adhered in advance to a terminal part 2 of a core slider and a sheathed lead wire 3 is placed thereto. Then a resistance welding chip 4 is pressed from the upper direction, the brazing filler metal is molted by pressing and heating to connect the lead 3. In this case, the suction pipe 5 sucking the molten sheath vapor is provided. Since the scattered sheath is not adhered to the core slider, head crash is prevented and the lead 3 is connected efficiently to the terminal 2 without removing the sheath in advance by chemicals.
