Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the ice accretion on a helicopter deck by installing an electrical heater onto the undersurface of the helicopter deck and installing the heat-radiation preventing plates between the lower edges of the beams at the part where the heater exists. CONSTITUTION:An electrical heater 22 is installed onto the undersurface in the heating range of a helicopter deck 14. Said heater 22 consists of heating cables, and arranged in meandering along the undersurface of the upper flange 17a of a longitudinal beam 17, and a fixed by a clamping device 23. Further, a plurality of rectangular heat-radiation preventing plates 31 are installed onto the undersurface of the longitudinal beam 17 including the heating range of the helicopter deck 14.
