Then inner pressure of a bladder is raised up to predetermined high pressure gradually by supplying a fluid within the bladder and the raw tire 5 is pressed against an embossing surface of the top and bottom molds 9, 6. Meanwhile, low pressure steam whose flow has been adjusted is streamed in a steam box 12 from a branched path 22 and inflow port 21 through an orifice 23. The steam which has been streamed in is replaced with air through the upper part of the steam box 12 gradually, the air is pushed downward and extruded outside through a discharge port 26. |
