The sectional shape is formed into a nearly rectangular form having the longer side in the radial direction of the annular tube 1. A metal gasket A is constituted by filling the annular tube 1 with the metal 2 having a low melting point as core member. Said gasket A is heated by the heat transmission due to a variety of fluid having a high temperature which flows in a conduit, and the contact sealing pressure for the joint surfaces f1 and f2 of the sealing objects can be kept high under the high-temperature condition by the tube deformation force in the direction for increasing the thickness of the gasket which is backed-up by the large volume expansion force.
