CONSTITUTION:The same data are transmitted simultaneously to the circuits led to computers 100 and 200 from the remote supervisory and controlling equipments 10-40. A share memory 6 is connected between both computers 100 and 200 for mutual transfer of data. In case a line 110 is unable to perform transfer of data due to a fault of a connection device 11 or 101 or a fault of the line 110 itself, the input of data is fetched by the computer 200 through a line 210. Then the data is set on the memory 6 and received by the computer 100 for execution of the processing. While the transmission data is set to the memory 6 from the computer 100 in a data transmission mode. The computer 200 outputs the data to the equipment 10 via the line 210.
