And, an engaging pin 35 coming into contact with a cam plate 36 is tightly attached to a lower end of the engaging plate 33, and the cam plate 36 is rotatably supported on a brake pedal arm 24 via a pin 37. Also the cam plate 36 is forcibly pressed to an engaging pin 35 all the time by dint of a second spring 38. Therefore, when a parking pedal 32 is operated against resilient force of the spring 38, the tooth profile 33a is engaged with the engaging claw 34, keeping the arm 24 in a state of being locked, and simultaneously the pin 35 is engaged with an engaging part 36b, causing the tooth profile 33a to be pressed to the engaging claw 34 under pressure.
