Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the treatment at thigh temperature by forming the inner tube of a heating furnace of double tube structure of magnetic alumina. CONSTITUTION:The inner tube 10 of a heating furnace is formed of high heat resistant magnetic alumina. A heating heater 11 is spirally mounted by a heater board 12 inside the tube 10. A metal outer tube 13 is mounted at the prescribed interval outside the inner tube 10, and the surface 14 of the inside is plated, for example, with gold to effectively thermally reflect. Since the furnace of this construction used the magnetic alumina for the tube 10, it can be used at high temperature. Since a temperature insulator is not used, the thermal capacity is reduced to shorten the furnace temperature rising and falling times.
