description PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency and to improve remarkably productivity by providing a forked unloader which executes fully automatically and continuously the taking out of a core from a molding machine, transporting thereof and housing of the core into the prescribed position in a casting machine. CONSTITUTION:A fork 42 of the unloader is inserted under the core 30 in a core molding machine 10. The core 30 is supported by the fork 42 from below when an ejector pin 22 is lowered. The fork 42 carrying the core 30 is contracted and the unloader is moved toward the casting machine 50 and is stopped before the same. The machine 50 raises an upper die 54B to create a substantial space between the upper and lower dies 54A and 54B during this time. The fork 42 is then extended to bring the core 30 into the prescribed position between the dies 54A and 54B. An ejector pin 62 is raised to engage the top end thereof with a recess 34 of the core print of the core 30 so that the core 30 is raised to the state floating from the top surface of the fork 42. The fork 2 is contracted and removed and the pin 62 is lowered. The core 30 is thereby housed into the prescribed position of the die 54A. The upper die is then lowered and the casting stage is started.
