Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled culture medium, containing a specific amount of 2,6- dimethyl-alpha- or -beta-cyclodextrin but no blood serum, having high preservations stability and capable of increasing the maintenance ratio of cells and enhancing the production of interferon, etc., in high-density cultivation. CONSTITUTION:A culture medium containing 2,6-dimethyl-alpha- or -beta-cyclodextrin within 0.05-2g/l, preferably 0.1-1g/l range nor substantially blood serum. The lymphatic cell is a cell derived from lymphocytes or leukemia of mammals, e.g. human, mouse, rat, cattle, hamster, etc.
