Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stabilize the output of laser by receiving a laser beam with a power monitor and by feeding back the upper and lower limit values of the current of laser oscillation tube by a volume deciding power as well as controlling a linear forecast mode by the detected output value thereof. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 2 is irradiated on a power monitor 4 by a reflection plate shutter 3 and the linear forecast mode 9 of a central control part 5 is controlled by the detected output value thereof. The upper and lower limit values of the current of laser oscillation tube are controlled by a feedback mode 10 with a volume 7 deciding power. A laser oscillation tube current setting part 6 is controlled by the both control values thereof. The stabilized output of the laser beam is given enabling to cope with the long term change in the laser output or even the variation for short time.
