Then, first, as to the injection of the sample and the diffusion of a solvent, carrier gas is introduced into a glass holder 3 at a room temperature in the rising state of the packed tube 1 and made in the state that a part is discharged to a separated column and the remainder is discharged through the packed tube 1 to inject the sample on the packed layer of the packed tube 1 by a micro syringe. Then, a low boiling solvent is discharged from a purge gas outlet by the carrier gas and a high boiling component alone is preserved on the packed layer. Then, the filling tube 1 is lowered and heated with a heating heater part 7 and the heated carrier gas is introduced thereinto to expel the high boiling component on the packed layer to the separated column rapidly. Hereby, the carrier gas is heated uniformly and a sharp peak is obtained with the separated column.
