The bent edge part is spreaded in the width direction by the biting of the spiral screw roll 4 whose pitch is gradually widened and made in hexagonal mesh shape with expanding by the double part (f) of cutting both sides. There is no limitation in the quality due to no conventional welding being performed and the low cost by simple process work and continuous automated manufacture are enabled. |
