Thirdly, a magnetic paint is coated on a positively electrified base body. Fourthly, the pH of a magnetic paint is regulated and made higher than the isoelectric point to electrify positively the surface of the magnetic layer. The methods are applied separately, or a combination of the methods is applied. |
