CONSTITUTION:It is constituted that three pieces of switches S1-S3 to be turned ON and OFF in non-contact state according to the rotation of a rotary body 12b are provided in parallel on each 120 deg. each other and so that the ON.OFF signal is outputted independently from three pieces of output terminals 13a-13c respectively on the periphery of the rotary body 12b composed of the bar magnet which is connected with linking to an axle a. And the control device 15 operates the number of rotations of the rotary body 12, i.e., the transferring speed of the vehicle and transferring distance from the integer of the ON.OFF signal being from the output terminals 13a-13c to be inputted into the separate interruption line of its CPU. The rotary direction of the rotary body 12b, i.e., the moving direction (forward and backward) of the vehicle is decided as well by discriminating in what order the ON.OFF signal is inputted.
