The resistance value of the first film is sensed by the resistance-measuring arrangement and, by applying energy, the control function regulates the first film to a temperature dependent on at least the quantity of air flowing past. This apparatus further provides that the output quantity of the control function is applied to the second conductive film, that both conductive films have at least approximately the same sheet resistance, and that their geometry is adapted to each other so that the second film is controlled to at least approximately the temperature of the first film.
