ENAMELLED VESSEL FOR USE IN HOT WATER APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the anti-resolvability of the titled vessel in a high- temperature hot water by providing a solid which is inferior in water-resistance to an enamelled glass layer and consists mainly of silicon oxide, at a high- temperature water part within a vessel, or a solid which discharges calcium carbonate when exposed to water at a low temperature water part. CONSTITUTION:A solid 6 which is inferior in water resistance to an enamelled glass layer and consists mainly of SiO2, is provided in an electric heater part 4 within a vessel, or a solid 7 which discharges CaCO3 when exposed to water. In this enamelled vessel, to using water introduced within the vessel 1 through an inlet port 2 is added SiO2 from the solid 6 or CaCO3 from the solid 7, and the SiO2 concentration or the CaCO3 concentration is high. That is, the using water is changed into a water quality which is difficult to dissolve the enamelled glass layer 5 in high-temperature water. Accordingly, the anti-resolvability of the enamelled glass layer 5 is improved. Further, if both solids 6 and 7 are provided, it is possible to convert the enamelled glass layer 5 into a water quality which is more difficult to dissolve the enamelled glass layer 5.
