| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To speed up pattern generation control by providing a conditional branch means which switches and connects pattern generation and pattern control complementarily and performing parallel processing. CONSTITUTION:Conditional branch circuits 40 and 50 are provided and their input parts and output parts are switched and connected to a pattern control part and a pattern generation part complementarily. Then, the storage of setting condition data and the generation of a digital pattern signal are carried out in parallel. Consequently, the need for a wait time for the pattern control is eliminated and a continuous pattern can be generated, thereby speeding up the pattern generation control. |
