Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve a simple and accurate measurement, by using a reagent for measurement of a nephritis strain associated protein (NSAP) which is produced by A group streptococcus separated from a patient of glomerular nephritis. CONSTITUTION:NSAP exists in the supernatant of the culture of an A group streptococcus, particularly separated from a patient of acute glomerular nephritis and is protein with the molecular weight of about 46,000 Dalton which is particularily produced by the A group streptococcus. Preferable herein is the bacteria stock separated from the patient of acute glomerular nephritis for the purpose of identify nephritis and such a bacteria stock is incuvated in the medium in the sampling the NSAP. For example, the medium is preferably a syntheric resin considering the subsequent refining of NSAP, purity and quality. The incuvation is done preferably at about 37 deg.C for about 18hr. After the incuvation, NSAP is sampled as protein outside cells and refined from the supernatant cleared of bacteria by centrifugal separation by an ordinary protein extraction method.
