Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform an accurate stop control by storing knowledge relating to a train home position stop control as a rule of a pair of a condition and a command, and repeating the collation and the execution of the rule on the basis of data such as train traveling state to decide a brake stop command value. CONSTITUTION:Knowledge relating to a train home position stop control such as a controlling method of skilful driver, a controlling method considered with the characteristics of a train device is stored as a rule made of a pair of a condition and an command in a rule base unit 16. The unit 16 collates the conditions of sequential rule on the basis of information from a position detector 10, a speed detector 11, an acceleration/deceleration detector 14, a working memory 17, a numeric value processing unit 18 and a data storage unit 19. The command of the coincided rule is executed, thereby outputting a brake step command value to a power drive brake controller 8.
