The decreasing generated energy leads to an increase in the purchased electric power in this time zone. The above-mentioned two forms of supply are selected according to the time zones to reduce the cost of the purchased electric power for the system. Energy is accumulated by using the conventional plant by which the capacity of storing energy in the ironworks is increased.
