Consequently, transfer of the wire W from the old spool 3a to new spool 3b is hindered. Accordingly, when all the wire W wound on the old spool 3a is pulled out, the transmitted wire W1 is separated from the spool from that position and pulled out. Thus, next pulled out wire is pulled out from winding position of the new spool 3b, and changes of spools is realized simple. |
