description PURPOSE:To smooth shifting of wire pulling out point by projecting a connecting member projecting from outer peripheral face of a flange between flanges in opposite side of an old spool and a new spool. CONSTITUTION:When a wire W is pulled out from the old spool 3a and remaining quantity of wound wire becomes small, a wire W wound on the old spool 3a tends to return to large cast diameter due to spring back force. As a blocking rod 7 projects from outer peripheral face of the flange, the crossover wire W1 comes into contact with the blocking rod 7 after sliding to some extent on the outer peripheral face of the flange, and becomes unable to slide further. Consequently, transfer of the wire W from the old spool 3a to new spool 3b is hindered. Accordingly, when all the wire W wound on the old spool 3a is pulled out, the transmitted wire W1 is separated from the spool from that position and pulled out. Thus, next pulled out wire is pulled out from winding position of the new spool 3b, and changes of spools is realized simple.
