Then the cone 21 is forwarded while thrusting aside the existing wires by the eccentric turning of the cone 21, and the wire is pull out of the laying head main body 15 passing through the existing wires and laid. Moreover, a rod 12 and a pipe 24 are formed so as to be expanded and contracted by overlapping lots of pipes having different size and supported to a base via a sleeve formed by an insulation material.
