STORAGE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain the efficient use of storage capacity by writing a voice signal in an analog memory array through a control circuit or the like to be actuated in accordance with a detection output in which the level of the voice signal is a prescribed value or more. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal level through an LPF13 is processed by a comparator 21, and only when the voice signal is influded in a prescribed range of a prescribed value or more, an FF24 is set up and an address counter 28 is set up through an OR circuit 25, a NAND circuit 26, etc. Simultaneously, a control signal necessary for writing in the analog mamory array 40 is generated through the circuit 26 and a level conversion circuit 50 and an input voice signal with a prescribed level or more is written in the array 40. A silent part or the like of an input voice less than the prescribed level is not written, so that the storage capacity can be efficiently used.
