description | PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary liquid from remaining in a base body when atomizing function is stopped, by providing a pressure chamber and a constant liquid level chamber through a communication opening in the same base body, and connecting a bypass line to the course of the return port provided to the upper part of the constant liquid level chamber from the bottom part of said constant liquid level chamber. CONSTITUTION:The liquid in a tank chamber 11 is supplied to a pressure chamber 3 through a constant liquid chamber 9 by a pump 13 and returned to the tank chamber 11 while flowed out from a return port 8 and a bypass line 15 to fill and replenish the pressure chamber 3 with the liquid. Driving voltage is inputted to an electrical vibrator 6 corresponding to an atomizing amount to apply flexing vibration to a nozzle plate 5. By this vibration, the liquid in the pressure chamber 3 is locally pressurized and sprayed from a nozzle 4. In this case, air bubbles generated in the pressure chamber 3 are taken out to the outside from a vent port 2. When the input of the pump 13 is stopped after input to the electrical vibrator 6 is stopped, the liquid filling the pressure chamber 3 and the constant liquid level chamber 9 rapidly returns to the tank 11 from the bypass line 15 through a return pipe 14. |
