The top and bottom surfaces of the film 1 are communicated with electrolytic cells 3, 5 contg. tris glycine buffer solns. as respective electrolyte 4, 6. A soln. smaple to be measured is then injected to the upper part of the film 1 and is subjected to electrophoresis and thereafter a labeled antibody is injected onto the film 1 and is subjected to electrophoresis. The film 1 is removed thereafter and the labeling activity bound to the film 1 is measured. The measured activity is compared with the standard curve obtd. by using preliminariy the known amt. of the antigen, by which the concn. of the antigen in the sample is known. The immunoassay is thus accomplished easily in short time.
