The film 1 is removed thereafter and the labeling activity bound to the film 1 is measured. The measured activity is compared with the standard curve obtd. by using preliminariy the known amt. of the antigen, by which the concn. of the antigen in the sample is known. The immunoassay is thus accomplished easily in short time. |
