When a remote control handle is at neutral position, the drain port 37 is closed by the selector valve 2, and high pressure state is maintained by a drain port 38 for high working-oil pressure. When the force applied onto the handle 21 is weakened, the handle is returned in the state where the handle 21 and the selector valve 2 are set at the advance or retreat state, and the drain port 37 is opened to keep the working-oil pressure to a low pressure. |
