In this case, data communication between the work file 1 and the registration file 2 is executed through the using file 3. If the control condition data in using are to be changed partially during the execution of the test, the control condition data in using are transferred from the using file 3 to the work file 1 and the contents are partially changed through the CRT4, the keyboard 5 and the interface 6. In this case, a control processing part 20 can continue to execute the test by rewriting the transferred control condition data in the using file 3.
