CONSTITUTION:In heat accumulation, when a thermal medium such as hot water which has accumulated heat outside a heat accumulating tank is flowed in a pipe 8, the hot water exchanges heat with the latent heat type medium 9 in the heat accumulator 1, and at the same time, heats the hydrogenized metal or alloy in a pipe 7 and performs dehydrogenation, and the hydrogen produced in stored in a hydrogen storing part 2. At night, when the temperature outside the heat accumulating tank lowers, and heat radiation is performed through a heat insulating material 10, and the temperature in the heat accumulating tank lowers, hedydrogen gas is supplied into the pipe 7 which stores metal possible to be hydrogenized from the hydrogen storing part 2 described above and exothermic reaction is performed and the thermal insulation of latent heat type medium 9 is schemed. Thus, hot water always at a fixed temperature can be obtained from the pipe 8.
