Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To extend the service life of a response section and to reduce the head locating time of a response message while attaining small-sized device by constituting the response section of a voice analyzing section for applying voice analysis to the response message, a memory section storing the analyzed voice analysis data and a voice synthesis section for synthesizing the voice analysis data of the memory section and transmitting the result to the voice output section. CONSTITUTION:In uttering a response message, a voice signal is amplified by a voice amplifier section 11 of a voice input section 1, a high frequency component is cut off by a low pass filter 12 and the result is fed to a voice analysis section 2. The voice signal is subjected to voice analysis at the section 2, outputted sequentially as voice analysis data and stored sequentially in a memory section 3 by using a write address signal. After the start of a response messagerecording, whether or not a recording schedule time, e.g., 30sec is elapsed is discriminated. As a result, when not elapsed, the voice recording state is continued and when elapsed, the voice analysis section 2 receives a voice analysis release signal. Thus, the voice recording state is released, a voice synthesis start signal is outputted to the voice synthesis section 4 to attain the voice synthesis.
