Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To easily adjust the optical axis of a light beam even when the light beam is not visible light by photodetecting light incident on a light beam optical axia adjusting device or modulation optical axis adjusting device through a photodetecting element and displaying it on a display means. CONSTITUTION:The projection 164 of the light beam optical axis adjusting device 160 is fitted in the 1st fitting hole 109 formed between a gas laser tube 39 and the 1st reflecting mirror 52 to fix the device to a base 33. When the photodetecting element 166 fitted in the light transmission hole 165 of the adjusting device 160 photodetects a light beam passed through the light transmission hole 165, a light emitting element 167 as the display means turns on. Thus, the light beam incident on the light transmission hole 165 is detected by the photodetecting element 166 even when it is not visible light, and its photodetection state is known through the light emitting element 167. |
