METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTING LEVEE AND THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To easily and quickly construct a levee, etc., by a method in which the fitting parts of concrete blocks are fitted on piles driven into the seabed at equal intervals, and the blocks are orderly settled and stacked up. CONSTITUTION:Plural piles 1 are driven into the seabed 4 at the same intervals as the width of a concrete block 2, and the concrete blocks 2 are orderly settled into the sea by a crane in such a way as to fit the fitting part 3 of the block 2 on the pile 1. The blocks 2 are orderly stacked up under the guidance of each pile 1. The adjacent blocks 2 are combined with each other by joining their grooves 8 and projections 9, and cement 11 is pakced into the blocks 2 through a tube 10. Strong levee, etc., can thus be easily and quickly constructed.
