The hub H consists of a hollow cylindrical bearing cylinder part 1 and a wheel support part 2 solidly extended in a radial direction from the axial one side. As for the wheel main body, it is made of hard synthetic resin and consists of a boss 15, a spider 16 extending in a radial direction solidly with this boss 15 and a rim 17 being solidly formed on the circumference. In addition, the boss 15 is made up of providing for a cylindrical part 15a to be fitted in the circumference of the bearing cylinder part 1.
