The bracket 12 is accommodated into an elastic holding member 15, and the left edge part of the member 15 is fixed onto a chassis-side member. Therefore, the member 13 and the shaft 11 are always attached by a uniform pressure over the whole periphery, and the sealing performance and the durability of the member 13 can be improved. |
