They are received by a storage device interface 24 of the unit 14, the registration processing based on the registration command information is discriminated and the picture information is outputted to a registration processing section 30. The processing section 30 stores the picture information to a registration buffer memory 36 and gives an inquiry to a request buffer memory management section 42 so as to check which content in request buffer memories 38, 40 is older. The processing section 30 transfers the picture information immediately from the memory 36 to the memory 38 if no request is processed to the memory 38, and the old picture information is erased. Thus, the registration of revision of the newest picture information and the output request of the newest picture information are conducted effectively at all times.
