Then, as the conveying pawls 3 pass over the weighing base 5, a detection value of the moving position of the conveyor 2 outputted from a position detector 19 is inputted and based thereon, the work W is transferred onto the transfer belt 14 and output of the weighing apparatus 4 is taken in as weighed value on the weighing base 5 to select the classified weight level for the weighed value. The work W is made to drop onto a chute 9 above a discharge chute 9 thus selected to discharge. Thus, the weight can be measured at a high accuracy.
