CONSTITUTION:When the loaded article 1 such as coal, etc. is to be stowed, an operator 3 sets the number corresponding to the loaded article 1 into a code setting device 4, and the electric signal corresponding to the set number is converted to an ultrared pulse beam, which is projected from a light projector 5 to a light receiving device 6 installed onto the upper part of the operator's seat on a carrying car 2. Then, the ultrared pulse beam is converted to the pulse-series electric signal having a constant cycle by the light receiving device 6, and the set contents is read by a code setting device 7 loaded on the car, and said contents are memorized. Then, the number indicating the loaded article 1 and the code of the car number of the car 2 are projected again as ultrared pulse beams from a light projector 8 loaded on the car onto a light receiver 9 on the ground, and the contents are read by a reader 10 and informed by using an indication board 11 and a speaker 12.
