SUPERCONDUCTION FLIP-FLOP CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To decrease the current consumption by combining plural Josephson logical circuits and OR circuits so as to simplify the circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:Output lines 5c, 6c of Josephson OR circuit 5, 6 are connected respecively to input lines 2a, 1a of Josephson NOT circuits 2, 1. When the output of the circuit 1 is logical 0, the output of the circuit 5 is logical 0 and an output of the circuits 2, 6 goes to logical 1 accordingly and inputted to the circuit 1. When a set signal S from the input line 7 goes to logical 1, the output of the circuit 5 goes to logical 1, the output of the circuits 2, 6 goes to logical 0 accordingly, the output of te circuit 1 goes to logical 1 and is inputted to the circit 5. When the reset signal R from the input line 8 goes to logical 1, the output of the circuit 6 goes to logical 1. As a result, the resistance to magnetic noise is improved, the operation margin is windened, malfunction is prevented and the constitution is simplified so as to reduce the power consumption.
