An English character or numeric or other symbols are inputted to a parameter input device 3 and displayed on a graphic output device 4. A forecast device 5 calculates the performance of the system model from the graphs of the device 1 and the information of the device 3 and they are displayed on a graphic output device 6. Thus, the standby and occupancy of the system resource are combined visually and the system model is described simply and sufficiently make the forecasting job efficient.
