Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the titled powder having fine and uniform particle size by mixing white carbon and powdery carbonaceous material with water, and kneading the mixture after adding a deflocculating dispersant and pH adjusting liquid, and heating obtd. slurry to cause reductive carbonization reaction. CONSTITUTION:(A) About 3-10wt% water is admixed with a mixture consisting of 1pt.wt. (expressed in terms of SiO2) white carbon (A) having ca. 10-50mu particle size and ca. 0.6-2pts.wt. (expressed in terms of carbon) powdery carbonaceous raw material (B) (e.g. carbon black, or phenol resin). Then, about 1- 6wt% (outer percentage basing on white carbon) ammonium oxalate (C), and ca. 0.2-2wt% (outer percentage basing on carbonaceous raw material) nonionic surface active agent (D) and aqueous ammonia (E) are added and mixed to prepare slurry with ca. 8-10pH. The slurry is then dried and is allowed to react at ca. 140-1,800 deg.C for 0.5-6hr in nonoxidizing atmosphere.
