When the temperature of hot water 33 within the hot water storage tank 20 rises up, the sensor 27 detects the temperature, and hot water is supplied from a hot water supply pipe 26 into the vessel 36 in which hot water is to be supplied, by a quantity supplied to the hot water tank 20 by means of the controller 28. When hot water is supplied into the vessel 36 in which hot water is to be supplied, the second hot water temperature sensor 37 within the vessel 36 in which hot water is to be supplied, detects the temperature of supplied hot water. In the case where the temperature of supplied hot water is set beforehand by the controller 28, when the temperature of supplied hot water exceeds the set temperature of hot water, a switching valve 39 of a supply water pipe connected to the controller 28 is opened, and water is supplied into the vessel 36 in which hot water is to be supplied to make the temperature of hot water an optimum temperature.
