Thereafter, nitrogen gas is injected from the nozzle 23 during the high speed rotation of the rotary disc 16 and blows off pure water remaining on the base plate 1 by centrifugal force and performs the drying thereof. At this time, pure water blown off by centrifugal force is impinged against the inner wall of the oblique part 25 of the receiving container 24 to be blown off the the E-direction and hardly adhered to the base plate 1 again. |
