A collecting roll 20 rotates in the direction as indicated with an arrow, and a voltage which has the same polarity as a power source 24 and is higher than it is impressed to said roll through a power source 25. A toner adhering to the brush 23 on a contact surface to the fur brush 23 moves to the surface of the roll 20 due to said voltage difference, also scraped and dropped down by a blade 21 provided so as to be made to contact by pressing to the roll 20, and accumulated in the inside of a casing 18. The inside of the casing 18 is separated into an operating part B and a toner storage part A through a seal member 22.
