A sucking and injecting part C has a secondary transfer tube 22, which is connected to a sample supply port 13c, a transfer opening valve 36, and the like. In this constitution, the expanding and contracting fluctuation of an air layer in the liquid path is eliminated, and uniform amount of sucking and injecting the sample liquid can be secured.
